Automatic Channel Letter Return Bender

This automatic return bender is designed for high volume channel letters fabrication with standard aluminum coil and return profile up to 6.25″ wide and 0.050″ thick. Craving or V-grooving depth is software adjustable, facilitates set up for different jobs.

Machine firmware corrects for different feeding width and materials automatically, compensates and adjusts the radius of carving knife and the arc of the fonts. Processing speed is high and the slotted aluminum material can be separated from coil after 3-4 folds.

Price is FOB, Markham, includes computer. No Monitor. Driver softwares are fully loaded and ready to run.
