This automatic return bender is designed for high volume channel letters fabrication with standard aluminum coil and return profile up to 6.25" wide and 0.050" thick. Craving or V-grooving depth is software adjustable, facilitates set up for different jobs. Machine firmware corrects for different feeding width and materials automatically, compensates and adjusts the radius of carving knife and the arc of the fonts. Processing speed is high and the slotted aluminum material can be separated from coil after 3-4 folds. Price is FOB, Markham, includes computer. No Monitor. Driver softwares are fully loaded and ready to run.

This simple grooving machine is designed to put v-groove on aluminum trim cap and profile return. With the saw motor is at the upper position, the proximity switch is activated, lifting the hold-down rubber. The aluminum return profile is pressed flush against the steel base when the v-groove is cut. A CorelDraw software plug-in is included in the price to show the location of bends on the trim cap and return. With setup of multiple grooving stations, one can greatly improve channel letter fabrication efficiency.
